Ueno is one of the most well known areas of Tokyo and it houses one of Tokyo's most famous parks. The pictures above (top left and right) are of a parade that I happened upon the day I was there. I think that it was some sort of University celebration. Ueno Park also houses the Tokyo National Museum (bottom).
