The Osaka Sky Building from below. To reach the observation deck, you take the glass elevators (on the left tower) to the 35th floor and then take the escalators (the diagonal lines that span the circle in the center) across in mid-air to the other tower. From there you ascend another couple of escalators (inside this time) an emerge outside on the circular observatory.
