One side of Kannai station is were all Yokohama's government buildings are located. The other side is Yokohama's largest assortment of bars, strip-joints, and out and out sex-factories. Hmm. I wonder if there's a correlation to be drawn here? Anyway, Kannai is where a great deal of Yokohama's day and night life goes on. It is the essence of the combination of new and old that so characterizes Japan.
