This is downtown Hiratsuka near the station from the 8th floor of a near by building. The view isn't particularly spectacular except for the fact that (at least on clear days) you can see Mount Fuji. Unfortunately, it doesn't show up very well in the picture, but it is still sort of visible on the horizon just right of center.
